F2-210 has no IP showing in network

I purchased a Teramaster F2-210 Serial Numbers:AZ:XJI9AIZQYBC7JE6C3EY6ZBBBZU and put in 2 Western Digital 3TB Red drives. This NAS’ 4 lights are all green but The TNAS-PC software can not find it.
My operating system MS Windows 10 version 10.0.19041 Build 19041
Steps used to:
1. Verified all required network setting match requirements found on Teramaster forums
2. Hook the teramaster directly to my PC when it could not be found with TNAS-PC. Still failed.
3. Looked for it’s IP address on my gateway and it was not visible so could not login with web browser.
What can I do to remedy this?
