[Help] TERRAMASTER D5 Hybrid - Randone NVME Ejections

I have the D5 hybrid running on my M4 Max Mac Studio. I am finding that the hard drives (2) are fine but the only NVME (
WD_BLACK 2TB SN770 ) drive is randomly ejected after a couple hours. The unit is clean, in a cool environment and is only about a month old. I've tried moving the drive between each of the three spots and, I have tried this with another NVME drive with the same results.
The drives work fine when I use an external UGreen enclosure. Anyone else experiencing this or, find a solution.

Hello! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during use. To efficiently identify and resolve the current issue, we kindly request your assistance in confirming the following details:
Please verify if the USB C to C cable used with your D5 Hybrid product is the original accessory. Additionally, confirm whether the cable length is 0.8 meters or 1 meter.
Troubleshooting Recommendations
Try testing with a shorter USB C to C cable.
Alternatively, connect an external USB HUB dock to the rear USB port of your M4 computer host, and check if this improves the situation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! If the issue persists after following these steps, please feel free to contact us through our official customer service channels at any time. We will continue to follow up and assist you until the matter is resolved.

Hello, sorry for the delayed response. I thought I had notifications turned on...anyway, I am using the original cable that came with my Terramaster and it looks to be 0.8 meters. I swapped out for another c > c cable and after a while the NVMEs disconnected again but both WD 8TB drives are fine. Today I plugged in a beefy Apple TB5 cable and will monitor things. Thanks for getting back to me.
