Hi,
I'm running TOS 6.0 on a f6 424 max running 2x2tb nvme system drives as single disk pools and 4x12tb drives in a TRAID+ storage pool. I recently replaced one of the 12tb hdd's with a new HDD (same HDD type) and am tryign to rebuild the storage pool but it keeps hanging at various percentages. Ive tried 3 times and its hung between 20% and 85% each time. No warnings or errors are logged. Also after its hung and I try and refresh the storage pool UI on TOS it shows no storage pools visible.
Any help on how to resolve or debug this?

Similar issues are often caused by HDD failures, although other possibilities cannot be ruled out.
