Any news on this? Would be a very useful tool considering the way back-ups are often done.

if I did not get you wrong, you want duplicate one of your folder to another folder on your local TNAS, right?

No I was asking for an app that can find duplicate files stored on the TNAS and give you the option to delete the duplicates I have some software on my PC, but it won't scan network stored files
