this is not Russian. In Russian it will be "Отключить запись" (Disable recording).
There in the description it is also written about checking the image in real time, probably it means viewing and not checking.

I think the word Очистить (Clear) is inappropriate here.

"Бесшумная запись" (Silent recording) is also not correct.
Probably correct is "Без записи звука" (No sound recording).
