Good morning to everyone,
I have lost contact with my F4-421 after rebooting the server. It all started, that upload speeds were only at 11Mbit. Usually a restart of my computer does the trick, but unfortunately it did not, so I restarted the router and last the server. Nothing works. Now I can not find it anymore, even using the TNAS desktop. Pressing for 3 seconds the power button has no effect, so I can not shut it down and restart it. Left it without power overnight, still does not work. Any ideas ?

Please inform me of the TOS version you are using. After restarting F4-421, how did its HDD lights behave?
You can try starting F4-421 without any HDD/SSD. If it successfully searches and opens the initialization webpage, this indicates that the device's hardware is still basically functional. (Turn off F4-421, then reconnect the HDD/SSDs to restore normal use.)
