[Help] [Ajuda] folder homes un other volume

good morning. I looked through the forum and I haven't found the solution. I'm new and I'm having this problem. I have 6 tos, and 2 disks with traid. It creates the public folder but not the homes. When I create a new volume 2, with another disk, it creates the homes directory. How can I create the 2 directories in volume 1? thanks

We are quite curious about how this issue arose, as there have been very few related cases previously. You can try changing the location of the home directory by navigating through the control panel - shared folders - advanced - restore to. Before that, we hope you can generate and download the log report package in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to support mailbox for inspection.

I have already sent you the registration file so you can look at it.
But please don't thank us because it works and restore it.
Thank you

I've been able to move the homes folder to volume 1 and I can see it as administrator, but it doesn't appear as shared, even though it has user permissions, and I can't see it in either the mobile app or Windows.

The homes folder can only be seen and managed by administrators on TOS or via terminal. In the TNAS mobile app and Windows SMB shares, users can only see their own personal directories.
