[Help] UI not usable for a minute after deleting file/folder

Hi
I have a strange problem with my T12-500 Pro. It's brand new and I have/had the error on the latest two TOS builds. Don't know about previous version, because I never had them on my device:
The error happens after I delete a file or a folder (no difference) in the WebUi File Manager. After the successfull deletion, the UI stops responding to inputs. I can't change folders, open files or open Control Panel or other built-in apps. I can move around the File Manger window, but that's about it! Sometimes a get a pop up message, that an error happens (Operation failed). The UI stays blocked for about a minute. After that it contiunues working like it should.
Funny thing: I have plugged in both NICs, so I can connect to the NAS over two separate IP addresses. So, when the UI is blocked, I can login to the other IP and can use it without a problem. Until I delete something of course. Then this UI does also freeze. So I connect again on the primary IP address and most of the time, I can continue again because the timeout ended in the meantime.
My T12-500 Pro is on firmware 6.0.650 and I did a reboot several times. I have only stock apps, plus Docker Manager and 3 containers are running.
Does anybody else have the same problem?
Greetings,
Matthias
