Plex 1.19.4.2935 not starting

My terramaster is installing plex but when i go to installed applications and then plex, it just says 'stopped' so I click start and it says configuring and then says 'operation successfull' and nothing happens, it still says 'stopped' I've restarted the nas, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works, any help would be great. Been like this for about a month now
