TNAS.online Server Maintenance Notice (2025-02-20)

Dear TerraMaster users,
In order to better support business development, we will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the TNAS.online remote access server. The details are as follows:
Maintenance Time: 14:00 to 19:00 Beijing Time, February 20, 2025
During this period, all versions of TNAS.online (including TOS4, TOS5, and TOS6) may experience brief TCP connection interruptions. To avoid operation failures, we recommend refraining from uploading or downloading large files during this time.
Important Reminder: After the server upgrade is completed (i.e., after 19:00 on February 20, 2025), all TOS4 and TOS5 version users will need to re-enable TNAS.online to connect to the new server. Please ensure this operation is completed before April 20, 2025, otherwise, you will not be able to use the TNAS.online remote access feature to connect to your NAS device.
