Cannot enable Plex after upgrade to PlexMediaServer-1.41.4.9463

I'm running Plex on my F5-422 running ToS 6.0.610. This is a recent install after I upgraded to ToS 6 a few weeks ago and had to uninstall / re-install Plex and rename the plex folder to get it working again.
Last Friday, I was using Plex on my Windows 11 PC. Plex said there was an update for PMS. I updated PMS via Settings > Install Application Manually.
Upgrade was to version: PlexMediaServer-1.41.4.9463
After this, I tried to enable Plex but it would not start. After about 10 minutes, I get an Operation Failed error. Restarting the NAS does not help.
I've checked the log folders in the Plex Share and none of those have been touched since the upgrade to the latest Plex version.
I've checked that the Plex user still has read/write access to the Plex folder via the Application Users group.
I've checked that my admin user still had access to Plex "Allowed" via a group membership in Control Panel > Applications.
I assume that ToS has some logging of the attempts to enable Plex. Are they viewable anywhere ?
I have uploaded logs to TerrraMaster support via their mailbox
