Using F2-423 for Sonos Music Library
Posted: 14 Feb 2025, 16:13
Hi all - this is my first post here. I'm a total NAS and TerraMaster newbie and so I am learning to navigate this world from scratch - and I need help please!
I've added my music library to my NAS - and Sonos has located and indexed everything fine.
My problem is that when I try and play anything I get an error message saying that access has been denied. I signed in with the main profile/owner's credentials on the Sonos app. The music library is in the first, shared folder on the NAS. I'm guessing I need to adjust the permissions for the folder but seeing as the user whose credentials I signed in to Sonos with has read/write access to the folder and its contents I had expected access to be allowed...
I'm running TOS 6.0.610-00165 - apologies if more info is required - please let me know
Thanking you in advance for your time
Jim
