F2-220 can't find updates

Hello

My F2-220 runs for nearly 7 Years on "Open Media Vault". To do this, I removed the USB stick and inserted a small SSD for Open Media vault instead. Runs smoothly all these years.
Now I want to reinsert the old USB stick with the original TOS. After booting, the system wants to initialize and also update the TOS. But the path to the updates has probably changed and the system cannot find an update. I see all sorts of files on https://support.terra-master.com/downlo ... uct=F2-220, but I can't say for sure which ones my F2-220 wants.

What do I have to download? :?:

I'd start by reading this and then considering your options.

Thanks for your answer.

It is unfortunate that the F2-220 fell out of support. However, updates are still being offered for this, as you can see in the link I mentioned. It doesn't have to be the latest update, just something that will allow the NAS to progress from that initialization point.

I did consider those linked downloads. The latest, 5.0.176 is now quite old. The problem you face is that it is quite possible to install something on that page and then be trapped because for 5.1 releases it was required to increase the o/s partition space - not easy in TOS if you have stored data. Releases today are 6.0 series (6.0.610 latest on F2-221 is possible depending on the age and bios.). As you are installing fresh you could try the latest 5.1.145 which you will find under the listings for F2/F5-221. You need to use 'custom' installation from the installation media (*.ins). See how it goes.
