Document Download Issues

Good morning;
When downloading a word or PDF document that is quite small <200 kB everything works well. When attempting to download any document larger than that (even 3-400 kB) it shows the "Download Starting..." check mark but then stays that way until the screen is closed and reopened. The document never downloads, even if left this way for hours (and we are talking about a small word document, not a large video, etc.).
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thank you for the quick reply. It is a F2-221 and the TOS version is 4.1.27-2006301044.

change to browser like google chrome, safari and firefox recent version.

I have now updated to the Beta 4.1.30 and the issue is still occurring.

Please make sure your network working well and there is enough storage space on your computer.

Yes, everything else is working well and the computer has terabytes more space. The documents I am trying to download are less than a half a Mb. Anything smaller will download, its only when they exceed roughly 200-330 Kbs.
