F2-423. First boot up. Just beeps

Hi, I purchased a F2-423 from Amazon and it arrived today.
Inserted a 4TB Seagate Ironwolf, plugged in a wired keyboard and mouse and hooked up the HDMI. Once powered on it just continually beeps, no output to the hdmi and the mouse and keyboard have no power to them either. I've tried both with and without the HDD and same thing. When the HDD is in the light is green. Any ideas what the problem might be? I suspect faulty RAM but I'm certainly not an expert.
Thanks in advance.

The F2-423 product is continuously emitting beeping sounds, which may be due to loose memory or the installation of incompatible third-party memory. Please inspect the internal memory of the device to ensure it is secure and compatible.

Thank you, I have already contacted them and I am awaiting a response. Glad you guys also think it is the RAM as this is an easy fix. More a bit annoying to arrive like that but still easily fixable!

I've just opened the machine to check it was inserted correctly. No RAM on arrival. I've just ordered some TerraMaster RAM from Amazon. Will let you know if it fixes it but I'd be surprised if that wasn't the issue.

I've just replaced the missing RAM with official TerraMaster RAM for the specific model. It's still doing exactly the same thing. TerraMaster support still haven't gotten back to me yet.
I've also noticed that the two M2_SSD slots are also empty and something square under the ram may or may not be missing.

Hi, I purchased via Amazon. Terramaster support have now gotten back to my initial enquiry but it is still ongoing.
I noticed when I installed the Terramaster RAM module that the 2 M2_SSD slots were both empty and also under the RAM slot I noticed a square marking underneath almost as if something else was missing as well.

M2 slots do not come populated as a rule. You supply your own as with HDD.

Good to know, are you able to confirm if there is a square chip underneath the RAM. I appear to have a square bit that looks like something has been removed.
