Hi,

i've recently purchased a 'JetKVM' KVM-over-IP device, and set it up with my Terramaster F2-423 NAS.

For it to function i need power via a USB port, even when the NAS is shut off... i haven't found an option to power the USB ports at the back of the unit when the NAS is off.

If there is such an option, please point me in the right direction as to where to find it!

Hello, after the F2-423 product is powered off, the USB port on the back will no longer supply power, meaning it cannot maintain a continuous power supply state for the USB port.

This reviewer discusses similar circumstance and refers to a "usb-c power splitter" as a solution.
