I upgraded my phone. How do I get this button to work so I can remove OTP?

Is there no response after pressing the button? You can try switching to a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

Nope, no response. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

We apologize for not being able to completely resolve the issue you are experiencing.

We hypothesize that there may be some configuration issue with the network settings of the NAS that is preventing the email reception function from working properly. To resolve this issue, we suggest you consider reinstalling your system.

I don't think it even gets to the 'email reception function' - my thinking is that the OP means the link in the dialogue (circled) does not even respond.

In any case I suspect this will still fail if the 'local' email functions don't work from TNAS, as is known to be an issue for many users.

Thank you! That's more inline with my experience. It's clickable but nothing happens.
