D5 Hybrid - RAID 1 write speeds?

Not sure if this is right, so thought I would ask on here.

I am copying data from a F5-221 (RAID 5) to a D5 Hybrid (RAID 1).
I have a gigabit network connection between the F5-221 and the PC hosting the D5.
The D5 is connected to a USB-A 3.0 port.

I am only getting a 11 Mb/s transfer.

I know writing to RAID 1 is slow, and that Seagate BarraCuda (ST8000DM004) are slow, but 11 Mb/s??

I am copying 3Tb of data, so is gonna take days.

I can not see how this is a realistic speed?

You may consider directly connecting the D5 hybrid to the F5-221 and then transferring data straight from the F5-221 to the D5 hybrid. This approach could potentially eliminate any influences stemming from the network or intermediate links.

Yeah, I did try that, but it seems TOS 4 does not support NTFS. (I initialised the disks on a Windows 11 PC).
The F5-221 wanted me to initialise them, suggesting it does not support NTFS.

I ran a speed test over my LAN, and it looks like there was an issue.
I rebooted a router and am now getting 105Mb/s. Much better.
We are down to 7 hours for the remaining 2.5Tb of data to copy.

Many thanks for the prompt response.
