Hello
TNAS 4.2
F2-221 2-Bay NAS , Procesor Intel J3355

I had Plex Media Server installed, I tried to update it through "Applications". It tried to do something but in the end the app disappeared (??!!)
I tried reinstall, stuck at 0% with operation failed
I tried manual install with the file from https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downlo ... dia-server
Stuck at 50% with operation failed
Sometimes it is stuck at "preparing ..."
I connected through ssh and deleted the plex folders
I did 2 factory resets, same thing, absolutely nothing changed. Factory reset does nothing!?!?

What do I do fix my plex media server? I dont even use the nas for anything else.

Also how do I format the hdd using TNAS?! I dont have a PC lying around to use for formatting and deleting volume does absolutely nothing.

I tried to send the "Report issues" generated archive but it gets rejected by gmail so ... lol. Also no one answers the support tickets sent to [email protected]?!

Thank you

I did a little search of the forum and it seems this has happened to a few.
This thread seems to cater for TOS 4.* - viewtopic.php?f=83&t=364

Good luck

Those persons have the plex installed. I cant install it at all. Either way, I already tried few of those steps from that thread and nothing changed.
Thank you

You used to have Plex installed, and it "messed up" when you tried an upgrade.
I just thought it would help, as some of the of the instructions in that thread help clean up a failed installation\install.
