D6-320 won’t turn on

I am using a D6-320 connected to an intel NUC. I have a D6-320 with 3 hard drives in use for a while. I then had to change locations of the NUC and DAS, now when I go to turn on the DAS, it will not turn on. The power button and the 3 bays flick green temporarily when I try to turn it on but then nothing. Any solutions?

Hello, please follow the instructions below to see if they resolve the issue.
1. While the device is powered off, please reconnect the USB cable, check the power connection, and ensure that the hard drive is securely connected, then try restarting the device.
2. Try replacing the power supply with one of the same specification to see if the issue is resolved.

Do I need to purchase another one? Is there no warranty on my original purchase?

I tried other USB cable and it worked fine. You can refer to replacing other cables or power supply.
