Hey,

Not sure what support can be given, i have no idea what happened, has been working fine, then suddenly all 6 drives disconnected, i got no error message, nothing in event viewer. Now when i plug it in, it just doesn't connect. All lights are on, but the fans don't spin up and the drives do not connect.

Any first step diagnosis i can give this?

Make sure the USB cable is from original and it is working, or try another one with good quality.
