Lowering the image quality from the camera via ONVOF in TOS

Surveillance TOS, when adding a Hiwatch DS-I202(D) (2.8 mm) camera via ONVIF, switches the image quality to "Lowest" in the camera settings, but does not seem to change other parameters. Because of this, the image from the camera is bad. I switched it to "Highest" in the camera settings, the quality became normal, but the video files do not play in macOS, although they play normally in the Surveillance TOS web interface.
In the ONVIF TOS settings, the image quality is selected as 5.
The camera is connected simultaneously to DSM and TOS with its main stream.
There is no such problem with other similar cameras.
