Cloudsync is straight broken

I connected support about this....Pcloud and Cloudsync do not work! The support person said to wait for the sync.

I waited for all the files to sync. Now it says syncing/scanning 1 file all the time. Meanwhile, the files are not synced. What is the point of great hardware when the software is terrible? I am about to send this back to Amazon and get my money back and buy something that works. I've connected support three times now.

It should not be this hard.

And before you say anything:
- I've deleted the app
- I've reinstalled the app
- I've deleted the service
- I've restored the service

It does the same thing no matter what.
