Only one drive recognized D4-320

I installed both drives that are identical in my D4-320. Only one drive is recognized (shows up with lsblk in Ubuntu 20.x). Both drives have green lights. I have tried swapping the drives around. The drive that is not recognized is not recognized even in a drive bay that recognizes the other one. I'm using the USB cable and power cord that came with the D4-320

Hi! Jazzepi,
We apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:
Check RAID Configuration: Have you used any third-party tools or commands to configure RAID for the drives? If RAID has been set up, it might cause Ubuntu to recognize only one drive.
Reinstall the Drives: It's possible that the drive slots were not properly connected during installation. Try reinstalling the drives to ensure a good connection.
Troubleshoot Drive Recognition: Is the issue of the drive not being recognized consistent regardless of which drive bay it's in? If you connect the drives to a Windows system, can they be recognized in the Disk Management tool? If the issue persists with the drive or if it's also not recognized in the Disk Management tool on a Windows system, consider replacing the drive.
We hope these steps help resolve the issue you are facing. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
