F4-220 Ram upgrade

Hi
Wonder if someone can help. Trying to bug a 2gb ram stick for my Terramaster F4-220. The one advertised on this site says it's not compatible with the F4-220. Can't buy off Amazon at Amazon won't ship from the US store to the UK and I can't find anywhere on the internet that seems to have them
Plse if anyone knows any compatible ram or if the ram listed by terramaster IS actually for the F4-220. Thanks in advance.
I want to.run a Plex server and want to give it plenty of tam.for processing.
