TNAS iOS mobile crashing

TNAS mobile 3.3.038 on iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.2) is crashing when backing up photo library of over 30K items when app photo library permissions set to "Full Access". It starts counting up the files and after 29K the app crashes. If I set to "Limited Access" and select batches of files, it will back up. This is while connected to WiFi, remote access is not enabled. Selecting the batches takes an extremely long time to complete since it seems to check the file list from 0 every single time, not like an incremental backup.
On my iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 18.2) with library of 19K files it's working fine.
TOS 6.0.577-00166 on F4-424 Max.

Is the occurrence of this issue intermittent or consistent for you?

When I turn on "full access" for the photo library, it fails every time. It's the initial counting of files and when it gets over 29,000 the app crashes. When I reopen, it starts counting up again, and crashes when it gets over 29K. When I give "partial access" to the library, it works as expected and backs up the files I selected.

I have also faced a similar issue with the TNAS app crashing during large backups. Limiting access or reducing batch size seems to help, but it's time-consuming. I hope the team can fix this to support larger libraries smoothly.

I updated the TOS and TNAS mobile app which improved the backup speed but did not resolve the crashing issue at 29K files. I found what appeared to be some corrupted images in the iPhone Photos Library (just black images). I deleted those images and then backup completed successfully for over 31K files.

Thanks for sharing! I’ll check my library for any bad files too—maybe that’s causing the problem.

I still couldn't log in, I don't know how you do it.
Competitors don't have any problems with this.
