Installation of Centralized Backup on Win11

Hello,
I am trying to install centralized backup on a Win 11 PC (latest build). I am logged in under a Microsoft online account with local administrator rights. The installation is terminated when I try to start the service with the error message that I have no rights.
I then created a local administrator account and hoped that it would work, but unfortunately I have the same problem.
Does anyone know how I can diagnose what the problem is? Or has anyone already solved the same problem?

You can try deleting files in the directory where the first successful installation was made to see if the operation is successful. Alternatively, you can try selecting another directory for installation.

Unfortunately, only the folders are in the installation path. The files are deleted again when the installation is completed. A different directory does not help either. My account has administrator rights and the error message when the installation is canceled is that the service was not started. During the installation, the files are present in the folder but they are deleted when the installation is canceled. Only the empty folders remain.

You can first try using a third-party tool to uninstall the old version of the software completely, and then install the new version. If the problem persists, it may be due to leftover installation files that were not fully cleaned up. In this case, you can contact our after-sales technical support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Additionally, we recommend that you keep an eye on our new version update plans, as there may be a new release in the near future.

Now it is updated to version 3.0.078. The installation on win11 is now possible and runs. Unfortunately, not all words are translated on the pop-ups during installation. Sometimes you have to think about whether it means yes, no or cancel. How will the client be updated in the future?
