TFM Backup service keeps stopping

I keep having to start this application in the app centre, has anyone had this behavior before? The logs don't give an indication why and I can't seem to change the logging level

There’s no obvious specific triggers. I left the service running yesterday and it’s due to run syncs hourly. It’s stopped after the sync at 7pm

I’ve been trying to change the logging level as it’s showing just info currently, but the settings cog on the logging page of it doesn’t work either.

You can try the following steps to resolve the issue: Firstly, create and set up a new backup task to see if it can be used normally. If the problem persists, you can go to the App Center to deactivate the app and then reactivate it. If neither of the above methods resolves the issue, you can try restarting the TNAS.

If your application is installed on Volume 1, you can try running the command

Code: Select all

cp -r /Volume1/@apps/TFM_Backup/runLog /Volume1/public
to copy the logs to the public shared folder after an issue occurs. Then, send the log files for that day to our technical support team. Additionally, you might want to check if there is sufficient space available on each volume.

There's space and the issue prevails despite troubleshooting.

Logs only seem to show an error where there's no changes for a task to complete.

There doesn't seem to be an option to attach logs on replies on this forum?
