Permissions problems

Hello,
I've got an F5-420.
5 disks in RAID-5/btrfs.
1 external USB drive.
I just upgraded it to TOS 4.1.18 today.
I saw no issues during the upgrade.
Now, I cannot write to the disks on it, and I am experiencing other bizarre behavior.
Here is what I notice.
I could log in to the web gui with the admin account, and see my data for maybe 10 minutes.
I could read and download it in that window.
I cannot delete it, or change the names of any files.
I cannot create a new folder\share either.
I get an error telling me that I don't have write permission to the folders.
When I check the properties, I do have read write, and when i check the box to set inheritance at the top level, it appears to work, but it doesn't.
After about ten minutes, i will get logged out of the gui, and I am unable to log back in until I reboot the NAS.
If I log in as the admin account via SSH, i get an error that I cannot chdir to my home directory.
It is as if my permissions get revoked as the NAS is running until I get forced out.
The logs in the gui aren't helpful.
I see a slew of these when i run dmesg via ssh:
144.438707] BTRFS error (device dm-0): parent transid verify failed on 46252032 wanted 2876918 found 2787746
Anybody have any idea what I could do to keep my data?
Thanks,
Tom
