TOS6 SMB MSDFS support

In TOS6's File Services --> SMB --> Advanced, there is an option to enable DFS support (MSDFS VFS). This is important to me because I am transferring many of my Windows shared directories to a U4-423 which needs to be accessed through existing DFS namespaces.

I enabled the option and rebooted but see no way to manage DFS namespaces.
Looking through /etc/samba/smb.conf I do not see the "host msdfs = yes" flags nor the dfsroot share defined.

As this is an option you can enable through the TOS6 UX and the page's help link offers no info, can someone point me to what I need to do to make this work?

Thank you.

I did find the host msdfs = yes flag in overriding /etc/samba/smb-customize.conf, but still not find any dfsroot share.

Is there any news regarding MSDFS or is it now working?

MSDFS has been verified to be temporarily unavailable. We are discussing solutions.
