Access Docker application from external

Hi there,
Still trying to understand how I can securely access docker applications running on my NAS, from outside of my network. Specifically NextCloud app running on port 8080.
Inside my network, I can access my docker NextCloud app through: http://MY_NAS_IP:8080
Externally:
My device has TNAS Mobile installed.
I can access my NAS from browser:
https://mynasname.s2.tnas2.link (this is automatically redirected to from: https://tnas.online/MYNASNAME)
I cannot access NextCloud on port 8080
https://tnas.online/MYNASNAME:8080 - redirects to https://mynasname.s2.tnas2.link:8080 and proceed through warning: connection is not secure. followed by "This page isn't working".
Is this even possible? I am not even able to access via http.
Thanks
