Usless company.

Doesn't Terramaster even give proper support, every time I ask questions, every time I ask for a bit of advice I get nothing , no support from Terramaster, you are actually useless with support and I can not recommend your products to anyone, I am fed up in reading post after post that lead to dead ends of no support!

If you need direct support, contact their support email, use their chat on their website or request a remote session from TOS itself.

This forum is communal in nature, not for individualized support.

We have someone here every day to answer everyone's questions as much as possible. If needed, you can also directly contact the support team via email. You mentioned that there is no help or support at all, but how can that be? I just reviewed all the posts you've made and didn't see any specific issues you're currently facing. Please focus on the specific issue you are facing and avoid venting your emotions unnecessarily.

My experience: SIMILAR, but in the end issues were "satisfactorily" settled.

Posted a few same simple issues that needed advices (mainly for clarifications before proceeding further in finalizing the nas initialization, worrying of wrong steps that could lead to complex problems) , but no one cared initially as "it is your own personal problems" in this forum.

The Chat supports initially were strongly beating around the bushes for a very lengthy time, finally putting in with strong words, then chat supports were improved. And did positively push for direct access to NAS unit by their engineering members in resolving issues/problems.

Bottom line: Terra supports is not the best or the worst (I have experienced with very arrogant members of other companies as if they were the owners of the company).

Out of 10 Stars, I give 6.5 stars to TerraMaster. Higher marks if not experiencing the initial silly encounters.

Willing to Spend time in writing this as a personal note is a sign that TerraMaster has reasonable good tech products and acceptable after sales supports. Just my opinion. (This forum has a number of positive energy and willing members as I noted.) ๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s true that community forums are not always the best for immediate or personalized support. If youโ€™re facing urgent issues, Iโ€™d recommend trying their email support or the chat feature directly

Just seen this and I would like to add that anytime I have had contact with TerraMaster support they have been very helpful.

Even on the forum I find that whilst you may not get the answer you wanted, TerraMaster support is always engaging.
