2FA authentication INSTEAD of verification numbers

Currently, when you make a mistake with your password and you retry - TOS requires the input of a verification number along with the password. This would be fine, except the VERIFICATION NUMBER NEVER WORKS! If the verification number worked, then I wouldn't mind, but now I am having to reinstall TOS
