Resource Monitor Not Reporting Anything

I've seen two other posts on this topic, without a resolution.
Fresh install of TOS 5, resource monitor shows no value for CPU, Memory, Temp etc. Restarting has no effect.
Only process consuming any real resource is due to me having added a new disk a short while ago. The issue i'm reporting has existed since TOS was installed,
