Create System partition mirror on new drive?

Having performed a vanilla install/update to 6.0.530 as here: viewtopic.php?p=39519#p39519

I added a second disk to the Traid. However, while this hdd shows as being partitioned for the os mirror it does not appear to be configured
as part of the Traid. (I waited for sync to finish and performed a re-boot).

I also noticed 'dmsg' exited with this

Code: Select all

[ 23.842667] systemd-gpt-auto-generator[2644]: (The boot loader did not set EFI variable LoaderDevicePartUUID.)

I don't know if this is (the new) intended behaviour.
:?: Is there a way to add the second drive to the os mirror without re-install :?:

I found an answer here:

viewtopic.php?t=6822

that I was able to adapt and it appears to have been a success.

I would still like to hear @TM response.

Since TOS6 can only select a maximum of 2 disks to install the system on, it will not automatically process other partitions than the data partition.
We believe that the method posted by efindel is feasible. However, more practical tests are necessary to confirm this. In order to avoid data loss, we do not recommend to our customers to try this method if they do not have the knowledge about it.
