Unable to Create Backup on OneDrive
Posted: 27 Oct 2024, 12:20
Hi,
I've bought the Terramaster F4-424 NAS and am setting it up today.
I'm running TOS 5.1.145-00012 which is the latest version.
I want to create an offsite backup of my data onto OneDrive and I'm trying to set it up using Duple.
When I select 'OneDrive' as the destination, I get a pop-up to enter my Microsoft credentials.
After successfully, authenticating my account, the page asks the following permission:
Cloud Sync requires for following permission
Redirect your personal information back to xxxxxxxxx,
please make sure is your xxxxxxxxx TNAS domain.
After I click agree, the pop-up window closes and the Duple windows shows the 'busy circle' icon for some time. But after that nothing happens and if I click 'Next', the whole process repeats again.
Others have also faced similar issues as can be found here viewtopic.php?t=502.
Can you please provide the steps to resolve this issue?
NB: I am able to successfully create backup on Google Drive, but I'd like to use OneDrive as I've a lot more storage on that platform.
