model: F2-424

bios version: MADN0101.V05

After unchecked SIM, the remote access fails to enable ("Operation failed!" message). Where can I see for a log?

thank you

There are no logs related to it that are worth consulting.
Regarding your question, please make sure you can download any apps via APP Center at this time. This is to confirm that your internet connection is working.
Do you have any other firewall rules in place?
Would restarting the F2-424 or clearing the browser cache help?

If security isolation mode is enabled, you are not able to remote access your TNAS.

Note: I have UNCHECKED isolation mode. I regularly use the NAS on my network as jellyfin and calibre server but I have an error if I try to enable remote access (and the error message is too generic for a bug tracking)

I rechecked isolation mode. Then I unchecked it. Now works.
