I've followed instructions on a couple of YouTube videos to set up a pihole docker contained but every time I get to the end I literally get the 'Operation failed' error and nothing else. I have set up a MacVLAN and followed the instructions in the YouTube video (albeit a video based on a Synology NAS but the process seems identical to TOS)

I have a Home Assistant docker container which runs perfectly, however I've not very knowledgable with Docker yet so am relying on YouTube tutorials.
