Hi I have a F2-221 set up as jbod, x2 8tb disks which I use only for Plex and nothing else.
This has been happening for a while but have decided to ask if anyone can help.
The problem I have is when I'm scrolling through either films,tv or music the posters take an age to populate, sometimes around 20/30 seconds.
I recently bought an extra 2gb ram module from Terramaster hoping that would resolve the issue but it has done nothing.
It happens on Plex tv app on shield, my phone and laptop.
I would love to know if there is some setting in TOS I can change to give Plex more power etc to try and speed it up or anything else I can change.
I noticed no-one else seems to mention it so maybe the problem is with my set up?,

Sorry I forgot to mention im using Plex server from Terramaster

Plex is working on the adaptation of the app for TOS 6. We can ask them about the progress of the adaptation. Once the adaptation is complete, the speed should improve.

So people using TOS6 are not currently using Plex server?, I'm on 5 still, I think I'll wait to Plex release the TOS6 version then update both at the same time, hopefully they release it soon.
