Hi, I;m new here. Hope this post in the right forum.
Newly purchased F2-423 (with latest TOS FW) populated with 2 disks (2 x 6TBs).
Initialized went well with TRAID and BTRFS after evrything done I only get 688GB poool capacity?
Long story short, delete volume , re-initialized pool same thing happened as before which is 688GB capacity.

Talked to online tech support was asked to take screenshots of the issue.
Tried re-initialized still the same issue.

Currently I'm on RAID1 which shows full capacity (5.45TB) which is right for the configuration and everythinf works flawless.

For the life of me I prefer run on TRAID knowing that I could add a bigger capacity disk in the future.

If anyone could shed some light on the issue ...appreciated. TIA.

May I know your TOS version? It seems that there are some abnormalities in capacity identification.
If you still want to create a TRAID, you can contact our technical support team to check it for you remotely.
