I'm very new to this and have a F2 connected to my Virgin Router, everything appears as it should using TCloud but my down load/upload speeds are are in the 10's of Kb!!

My network internet download speed over the same ethernet connection is 110Mbs

Please help, as I said I'm a complete novice at this!

Please advise the exact TNAS model number and current TOS version in return.
Are you transferring your files within LAN or over the internet?
