Simple steps in changing RAID, Case: From JBOD to Single RAID

Received entry level F2-223 3 weeks ago with TOS 5.1.124.00320, installed with one 8T N300 HDD and 2 nvme ssd to start with. Intended purpose is to have individual drives serving independently on its own, without knowing that Terra TOS 5 is to lump all drives as ONE.
(My 10 years old WD ex2 nas clocked 50k hrs is running as JBOD with individual drives (original 2x4T WD red) independently (RAID choices: R0, R1, JBOD... without SINGLE. Reason for my misunderstanding of Terra JBOD definition.)

Custom initialization was simple, smooth and successful without long time waiting, and selected JBOD. installed some good apps. Joyful to continue using for learning purpose without installing much data.

Short story: There is no easy way in changing from JBOD to Single RAID.
Gone through:
1. on Oct 4, spent 3+hrs with on line P2P support service, it was painfully slow (mainly lacking promised responses and very long waits) and achieved nothing with many misleading steps that were going nowhere.

2. Provided with online support link (to go into to my system locally from your site) and "good" P2P support to continue the assistance process, so that your engineer can assist in-situ. Failed because I was linked to Business on-line assistance (perhaps for a fee or paid license.) So "your site" stopped the process.

Thank you.
(I like F2-223: 2x2.5GBe, 2xnvme slots, aluminum casing, compact, quite fan, HDD holder design, versatile apps and "good" TOS. Was purchased at Lazada Terra official site with attractive price, good Lazada voucher.)

(P.S.: "Registered" unit for warranty at your site many times, there was no feedback or confirmation that the registration was successful. Strange.)

This is a follow-up to close the user's usage experience:
After a few days working on this subject (JBOD --> Single) with P2P online supports, a 100% solution is achieved. By no means it is easy, mainly it was my limited knowledge with NAS, and TOS 5 is not perfect (minor.) Thanks to the patient from Management and officers involved.

Final step is to initiate a Factory Reset to re-start from very beginning (again), erasing all data, apps, etc.. No issue as it was my plan for first installation is to experiment and learning TOS functionalities, only uploaded a few hundreds G data.

The supporting team has been professional for exercising care NOT to erase my data during the process of troubleshooting.

Objective: To have control and reliability of individual drives, setup hyper cache (1xnvme ssd 256G, read only) and 1xnvme ssd 1T data drive, for speedy media transfer rates All has been achieved NOW.

Short coming of TOS 5:
Without the Factory Reset, the selection of RAID are either JBOD, RAID 0, 1 and Traid (WITHOUT Single) when unit is installed with 1x8T N300 HDD, 1xnvme ssd 1T & 1xnvme ssd 256G.

Removed all ssd and re-initiate the initialization process, allowed RAID options are JBOD and Single; selected Single!

S/D unit, reinstalled 2 ssd, restart, setup, success --> RAID is single, hyper cache (190G of 256G) for vol 1 pool1, 1T pcie 4 ssd data drive installed with all apps, 8T hdd data drive. System has been running "smoothly" for pass 2 days.

Thank you to TerraMaster Management and willing officers, should be a repeated buyer with friends. 鞠躬...再鞠躬 (Salute!)
