Problem with WAN access

Hello, I am currently experiencing a problem with my NAS. It is well connected to the Internet, I have activated the remote connection and I can therefore connect to the OS interface via another network thanks to the TNAS.online link, and other services can also connect remotely, such as plex.

However, when I want to access my NAS via another network, so I type the WAN address in the browser + the port of the application I want to access (for example, 87.XX.XX.XX:8181 for the OS interface), I can't access this page. It's the same for all applications, even Plex, which lets me watch movies remotely, doesn't let me connect directly to the remote via this WAN address and port.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is, or what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you in advance.

If you need to access an application remotely, you will need to use a public IP address and map the port used by the application on the router. For example, the port used by plex is 32400.
