Can someone @TMsupport please conform the port used for network ups monitoring/communication on the TNAS. Also have you configured any client/password features. I am looking to test the possiblities of using WinNut-client to control windows clients from the nas wrt power falures.
{This was previously asked by someone back in 2021 but I could not find a response. (Actually it looks like a "we'll check and get back to you" without the follow up.)

May I understand that you are inquiring about the functionality of TNAS UPS Server? After connecting to UPS, select TNAS UPS and then set your computer's IP address.
You can try port 3493, I need to ask the technical personnel for the specific port.

Yes, I found the actual port by the simplest of means (listed in control panel).
Still wondering if some form of authentication has been put into place?

If the server and client are TNAS, there is no need to fill in an account and password. When the client is Windows, I need to find relevant personnel to understand the situation.

Thank you for reminding us. We will make it clear in the TOS help later.
When you need to use your computer to connect to the TNAS UPS Server, you can fill in the following Nut server information:
NUT port: 3493
UPS Name: ups
Account: monuser
Password: secret
