Hi All
I have a TD2 Plus Recently installed WD NASPro 22TB
No problems copying or backing up to TD2 But past week when copying files from desktop TB3 connecter, copying starts then after a time shows copying but no activity and stuck at 0%
Drives et up to never power down in Device Manager/Power Settings

Have you recently updated your operating system? Does the copy display 0% at the beginning or decrease to 0% during the transfer process?

Yes displays 0% at beginning, and stays at 0% Same OS ie Win1064 just with some windows updates. Fixed the issue by deleting ALL files from HDD in TD2 Pro then recopied them to blank drive. This worked
