Files present but not visible

Hello

I have a TNAS F2-423 with 2 12Tb HDD in RAID 1.

I hade issue with the web interface in TOS 6 and I have posted a request in this forum. The solution given to me was to reinitiate my TNAS. I did it, and now, my TNAS is back in TOS 5.1.145.
The problem is that all my data are not visible in the files manager. I know they are still there because my plex server is still running and the disks are not empty.
In fact, I think the folder structure is different between TOS 5.1 and TOS 6. In TOS 5.1, the main folder is Volume1/home/Myname and in TOS 6 is Volume1/homes/Myname.
I have tried to access my data from the finder on a MAC but the homes folder does not appear. I have only the home folder

How can I get access to my data again?
Will updating to TOS 6 allow me to retrieve my data without risk?

May I ask if you can see the shared folder on the shared folder page? Accessing through Finder will not list the homes directory. You can make an appointment with an engineer through the official website's online customer service to remotely check for you

Hello

I have some folders on the shared folder page but not the one i'm looking for. I have a folder named "public" if this is what you mean.

I didn't find the way to make an appointment with engineer in the official website. Can you please tell me where to look at?

You can try going to the control panel to edit shared folder permissions. If it doesn't appear, you can try clicking on the advanced settings in the upper right corner and selecting restore to volume.
You can try enabling SSH, then use WinSCP software to select SCP for login, and then find the files under the corresponding volume and copy them to a visible shared folder.
Additionally, you can try updating TOS6 again. It is not recommended to revert back to the TOS version.
