Dicom serer with web viewing

I do work for a non profit education group that needs a portable solution with a dicom server for doctors to pull images when there at a hotel or conference room. The doctors need to be able to pull up a pacs like web page and sync with there app for dicom images on there device while connected to the same network as the nas or over the internet. Synology has a part of something like this but its missing the web part, Can this device to both together?
Is there an apps list?
Also fyi they upgrded the live demo to the next OS but forgot to put the correct credentials to test. Who can change that?

In order to better investigate the requirements you mentioned, could you please elaborate on what specific aspect you refer to as the "web part"? Based on the information you have provided so far, our equipment is capable of synchronizing images in the DICOM format, but we are unable to view the files through TerraPhoto.
