System language is changed, can't find English to change back

Logged into my TNAS today and suddenly for no apparent reason, the entire systems language has changed! What is going on? It's some unreadable text that honestly doesn't even look like a language and just looks like some kind of gibberish. Everything else seems to be working fine, but this is currently unusable. How do I fix this?

About this messy code problem, it may be caused by the mismatch of encoding of TNAS, PC and browser, or it may be some kind of error.
You can try other system devices and other browsers, or you can even try to log in to the TOS website using a mobile browser. This will give some indication of the cause of the problem, and we can then look for a solution to it.
