F2-212 and OpenLDAP server

I set up my NAS to sync users by LDAP server (OpenLDAP). Configuration goes fine but no user is synced.
Someone could help me?

There someone that can help me? I tried to change some value into configuration page of NAS about LDAP Integration but I can see only LDAP group and not users into it.
Thanks in advance to how can help me to fix this issue.

Please try disabling the "LDAP Domain" and fill in the same configuration in the "Domain" module. If the problem persists, please schedule a remote troubleshooting session through the official customer service chat or technical support email.
