I recently got a F4-424 nas, and worked flawlessly on the first bootup sequence when its new. But after that, my storagepool is gone and i cant make another one, is their anyway to actually make it completly new and remove everything?

Did you do anything before that? Did you try a restart? If convenient, you can contact our technical support team to check the cause for you.
